- One embedded snap-action thermostat per burner holds 200°F to 450°F for repeatable results.
- One pilot safety valve for every two burners shuts off gas automatically if the pilot goes out.
- 1″ thick polished steel griddle plate welded to a stainless steel back and tapered side splashes.
