Your Choice of Range
The most common range base is a standard oven, however there are lots of options. You could choose a convection oven base, a storage cabinet, or even a refrigerated base to suit your needs.
Ranges start at a width of 24” and then grow in increments of 12” up to an overall length of 72”. The most common configuration is a 36” six burner.
Depending on your restaurant or kitchen’s needs we can work with you to easily configure the right option from star burners, ring burners, hot plates, planchas, griddles, and char-broilers.
